Before you do anything else you need to understand the technique of the most common pass in the game the instep pass.

Understand and practise this before attempting any passing training. You need to make sure you practise doing things the right way if you teach yourself the wrong technique it is much more difficult to change bad habits than to learn the right ones from the beginning.

This is the most important pass in the game and 60-80% of your passes will be made using this technique so its a great place to focus and start your journey to technical excellence.
